My Burpday Cake - 27 June 2008

Resepi asal, aku amik dari boxhousestudio tapi telah ku ubah suai dengan bahan yang aku ada.. asalnye dia guna toblerone chocolate.. aku ada dark chocolate biase tu je.. coklat masak tu lah.. jadi nye..


Non-bake CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 cwn biskut digestive
  • 1/2 cwn butter, melted
  • 2 x 250g PHILADELPHIA BRAND Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 3 sudu teh gelatine dissolved in *ini yang aku takde.. aku bantai pakai agar2 tali..
  • 1/2 cwn air panas
  • 3/4 cwn condensed milk
  • 1/2 cwn doudle cream
  • 1/2 cwn natural yogurt
  • 100g Dark Chocolate, melted


Cara-cara:

  • Campurkan biskut digestive yang dihancurkan ngan butter.. then, tekan pada tapak springform 9".. sejukkan.
  • Beat the cream cheese guna electric mixer until soft.
  • tambahkan gelatine mixture/aku nye agar2 tali yg telah di masak, dark chocolate cair, yogurt and cream, blend sampai smooth
  • tuangkan ke atas tapak biskut dan sejukkan dalam peti ais (2-3 jam atau semalaman).
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings and buah ceri.

Tips: To melt dark chocolate, break into pieces and melt in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water. Alternatively, mirowave on MEDIUM/LOW for 3 minutes or until melted.

Kek ni Daniell panggil eskrem.. sebab mmg cam eskrem, makan sejuk2 tu.. Aishah pun suka bila aku suapkan kek ni..

    kalau nk guna ala2 gelatin pun ad akt sini..namanya vege gel-brand supercook.itu vege tp tak likat sgtla nk guna dlm cheesecake ni.ct pernh buat dulu.rasanya better guna agar2 tali tuh.
